Add a Form to a Page

  1. On the edit screen of a page, click the plus icon under a selected row where you’d like to place the form
  2. Here you’ll see a popup box of the different page elements you can add. Select “Gravity Form” 
  3. You’ll be prompted to select the particular form you’d like to add to the page. Select it and click save
  4. When finished, click the blue update button on the right to save your changes
