- On the edit screen of a page, click the plus icon under a selected row where you’d like to place the form
- Here you’ll see a popup box of the different page elements you can add. Select “Gravity Form”
- You’ll be prompted to select the particular form you’d like to add to the page. Select it and click save
- When finished, click the blue update button on the right to save your changes
